AnythingElse: I have been a patient for the past twenty years and have always thought very highly of this practice. I have found the staff to be trustworthy, friendly and professional.
AnythingElse: I attended the practice in april 2013, for my dental treatment and frankly speaking i am quite happy with the treatment provided alongwith with discussion of treatment options before proceeding with the actual treatment. I would definitely recommend this dental practice as i have faith in them. thanks
AnythingElse: I have given this practice a few chances to improve its impression on me. It has failed to do so each time. I had a need for a root canal treatment, the advice from the doctor was very conflicting and it failed to inspire any sort of confidence in me. Why in principle would I go to a private practice to do a root canal? There reason is the root canal performed by them is likely to fail. This is inexplicable. Is this the general trend in other dental practices? Are any of them competent enough in their skill not to push patients towards private dental care?
AnythingElse: Charges not made clear upfront, no matter if you ask for nhs treatment at booking you're told whether you're NHS or private patient once on the chair with an opened mouth. Very confusing information as to entitlement to NHS treatment and private charges but in all honesty you cant't find comprehensive information on your rights to NHS treatment anywhere. It seems that they are making their own rules - very confusing. Also, although staff are friendly the service they provide is rushed and impersonal which makes you feel more like a nuisance than a client.
AnythingElse: Absolutely hate this practice. They are rude over the phone (when you tell them you haven't been visiting them for a year etc), they attack you with "we sent you an appointment card in X, why didn't you call to make an appointment?". The dentists did not do anything during the check-up except make me feel like an idiot and oh-so-unpleasantly 'reminded' me to come back in 6mnths, when they put me back on NHS register. No thanks.
