Liked: What attracted me to this Dental Surgery was the fact that it was new and fresh and also the location and the easy access played an important role in my decision making process.
Improved: Definitely, the customer service both at the reception and with some of the Dentists can do with much improvement. Sometimes I dreaded to go for my appointments, thinking about how cold and hostile the greeting at the reception will be. And also how indifferent and impatient the Dentist will be in regards to my complaints and questions. I would suggest to the management (who on one occasion sided with the other party without even talking to me, after I complained) to do a survey and an audit in regards to how their practiceâs costumer service is. Also to look in to ways to improve their services towards the people who donât have English as their mother tongue.
