AnythingElse: Despite being early for my appointment I had quite a long wait something that would have been forgiven had I not seen the dentist and their nurse standing around chatting. The dentist barely touched my mouth there was no examination simply an announcement that I needed a root canal (band 2 treatment) and said they would explain the treatment. They never explained it at all merely sent me out to reception where I was told I needed to pay the Â£18 emergency fee and Â£60 to secure an appointment when I got home I was told that root canals should only be charged at band 2 price while I was quoted band 3 price when I called the next day and left a message that was not answered and I called again and told they would get back to me. I was then eventually called back and told that while they told me I needed a root canal I would need to pay Â£214 the band 3 price for a gold tooth! I cannot believe they had planned to do this without discussing with me first I asked for my deposit back and was told I could have a cheque I wanted the money in my account and as of now I am waiting to see if that will happen. So disgusted at the treatment I received. Don't bother with these people.
