Liked: The reception staff are not that friendly some need a little training in patient care . The practice is good at appointment reminders. The dentist is very nice genial and caring and excellent with nervous patients. Gives good information on options and costs of NHS and Private treatment. Overall a good experience and will continue to use this practice.
Improved: More training in customer service care and telephone manner would make this a perfect place to go for dental treatment
