AnythingElse: Main gripe is the crazy length of time for appointments. I waited over 4 months for the oral surgery I needed. The oral surgeon did a good job and was pleasant. Receptionist at initial appointment was quite abrupt and I left feeling angry and belittled. Subsequent visit was fine. Generally, nurses and receptionists were OK, just that one who spoilt it. I know NHS patients are at the bottom of the food chain but no need to treat them like it! Also on first appointment, waiting area had strong unpleasant odour and I did not want to sit on any of the chairs! Second visit seemed better. Parking can be difficult depending on time of day. Pricing is fair, I'd have paid a lot more to my private dentist if they'd done the work.
