AnythingElse: I have been attending this dentist for years but had a very rude dentist last time I was there, which put me of going back. This time my children and I saw another dentist and was a very different experience. The dentist and nurse put my children at ease and would definitely recommend. Reception staff are always friendly. Only problem is in the past at adp you see a different dentist every time, just hoping this dentist stays!

Liked: I met at this practice one of the best dentist I ever met and my teeth history is long and complicated. They repaired poor job done by other NHS dentist. They were patient, listening, giving advices and they explained everything. I would recommended them for sure.
Improved: Nothing

Liked: Reception staff efficient and welcoming
Improved: With this and the previous 2 visits for check ups, I have been advised to make a booking to see the 'hygienist'. I have noticed that simple plaque removal and polishing is no longer provided at 'check up by the dentist. I believed that this was included in the Band 1 treatment and feel fairly 'ripped off' that for the 1 minute duration 'exams' carried out in the last 2 appointments, £17 is less than of value for money. It does feel that the practice is trying to 'extort' money, with the high fees required to 'see' a hygienist. I think it is in excess of £35 I look after my teeth better than my dental service... which it seems I have to keep attending just so that I remain registered.
