AnythingElse: A typical check up will be no more than perfunctory, at full NHS cost, and further treatment is poorly (but quickly) carried out and needs many return visits to try to rectify. Whilst all the staff are polite enough, it is driven as a business rather than a caring dental practice.

AnythingElse: The staff were very friendly, the waiting room and appointment room were very clean and tidy, and my dentist was very nice and helpful.

Liked: I am very happy to recommend this practice, its level of customer service and care, plus its ability to arrange appointments at short notice - and to keep closely to time. I have never been kept waiting. As a pensioner, I am not a newcomer to dentists so have much previous experience by which to compare this dental practice, which I would rate highly. On my last visit I had been experiencing some discomfort over a weekend and when I telephoned on the Monday the staff offered an appointment to be seen - by my usual dentist -later that day. I was seen on time (as usual) and a very old filling was replaced, leaving no pain. I could not fault this level of service.

Liked: I have a very good dentist. They're considerate, understanding and listens to a patient's needs. When you have made an appointment, you're given a card with the details on and then when the time is nearer your appointment, you are sent a text or telephone message to remind you. Very useful. This practice is welcoming, clean and respectful. Some people are sceptical, but I would recommend my dentist to anyone.
Improved: If people have any disputes with a dentist, then they should have the courage to make a formal complaint, so that something gets done about it. Eventually, there will be more dentists like mine.
AnythingElse: I recommend this practice because of the service I have received and from the dentist I am lucky to have found. I cannot judge any other dentist at this practice which I have not had dealings with.

Improved: The receptionists did not appear to have had any customer service skills
AnythingElse: I had to have two bottom teeth out, one at the front and one back one, both were loose. The dentist involved injected the back and front of both teeth, on pulling them out, I felt both being removed as if they weren't numb. I seem to remember that in the past the lower jaw was made numb by injecting at the very back of the inner jaw, which totally froze the whole lower gums. I feel that the dentist did not know what they were doing and didn't seem that bothered when I indicated that I was in pain.
