Liked: The Cleanliness.
Improved: The customer Service of the receptionist.
AnythingElse: The receptionist who greeted my mother and I was incredibly rude. My mum tried to book an appointment for her husband (my dad) and explained that he had previously missed an appointment because he lost his mother recently. The receptionist them responded with "I will give his one more chance". My mum and I and when my Dad found out, were infuriated with this comment and feel there is no outlet in which to complain and have this matter resolved.
