NHS dentists offer basic treatments that keep your teeth and gums healthy. The mostcommon treatments include check-ups, root canals, fillings, crowns and dentures. Cosmetic treatments such as teeth straightening are not covered. NHS treatments in England fall into three price bands (currently £18.80, £51.30 or £222.50). You may be eligible for free NHS treatment if you are pregnant, on certain benefits, or if you are under 18 and in fulltime education. Please note that some dentists may not take on new NHS patients all year round. However, unlike with GPs you are free to move around to see whichever dentist you choose (in any area) – so even if you have registered with a practice you can visit another one if they can offer you an appointment sooner.FIND DENTISTS NEAR ME NOW
To give you peace of mind when booking, all our dentists have to meet the criteria of the Toothpick Promise. Displaying independent reviews, having the right qualifications and giving you a fair price are all included.
We want you to be well informed when you get to the practice. The prices you see on the website will always be the same as what you pay at the dentist. If you pay more, we will pay you back the difference.
