The Walking Score shows the percentage of people in this location who walk at least three times a week for more than 10 minutes. It is a measure of how ‘healthy’ people are in your area, but it also indicates how easy it is to get out and walk as a means of exercising. For example, are there parks or green spaces around, is it safe to walk around (particularly in evenings) and is the level of traffic prohibitive.

You can publish a single data point or the combined score. For example, if you run a local authority website you can display the Overall Score - and if you have a cycling website you can display only the Cycling Score.
